PRE-COMP
The Alaska Rush Pre-Competitive Academy is designed for players who are looking for more than the traditional recreational experience and are interested in preparing for the next step into our Pre-Competitive Program.
Players will train twice per week with an Alaska Rush staff coach, with an increased focus on technical development, confidence on the ball, decision-making, and learning the game in a fun and challenging environment.
Throughout the season, players will also have opportunities to participate in scrimmages and jamborees to introduce game play in a development-focused setting. Participation in the UAYSL Winter League may also be available depending on participation from other local clubs.
The Pre-Competitive Academy helps bridge the gap between recreational and pre-competitive soccer while continuing to foster a love for the game.

Welcome to the Alaska Rush Competitive Indoor Program! We're excited to continue providing our U11-U18/19 competitive players with a strong training environment throughout the indoor season, running October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
Our goal is consistent, purposeful training that supports each player's development and prepares our teams for competition. Sessions focus on technical ability, tactical understanding, decision-making, and the individual and team concepts needed to compete at a high level.
Programs are offered by format:

9v9 Competitive Indoor Program: U11 and U12 players

11v11 Competitive Indoor Program: U13 through U18/19 players
The program fee supports the training and facility costs for our competitive programming.

RECREATION FOX HOLLOW 9AM-10AM
Recreational Soccer for players born 2014-2024. This program runs on Saturdays with 2 sessions to choose from at Fox Hollow Sports Dome, from October 10-December 12, 2026. The 9:00-10:00am session will be for players born 2022-2014 (4-12 years old as of 10/10/26). The 10:30-11:30am session will be for players born 2024-2017 (2-9 years old as od 10/10/26). Depending on numbers registered, our programs may be consolidated into the 9am session. We will let you know prior to the first practice.
